Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Provide direct one-on-one and small group behavior therapy sessions.
- Collect data and maintain accurate records of student progress.
- Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and parents to support consistent behavioral strategies.
- Assist in creating a positive and supportive learning environment for students.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Previous experience working with children, especially in educational or behavioral settings, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for making a difference in students' lives.
