Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate students' gross motor skills and mobility to identify areas needing intervention.Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to improve physical function and participation in school activities.Collaborate with educators, parents, and other therapists to support student goals.Provide direct therapy services and track student progress.Advise on environmental adaptations and equipment to facilitate access and mobility.
Qualifications:
Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.Valid Georgia state license in Physical Therapy.Minimum of one year of experience, preferably in pediatrics or school-based settings.Knowledge of developmental disorders and therapeutic techniques.Strong communication and collaborative skills.
